Payment
Payment is required by cheque or cash at the time of consultation
Private Medical Insurance
Please check with your insurer. Payment is usually made directly to the clinic and later claimed by you, from your insurer with our receipt.
Michael Cole is a recognised provider with WPA.
Cancellations
24 hours notice is required. After this period a fee applies.
What to Bring
Appropriate dress (e.g. shorts to change into if examining lower limbs, sleeveless shirt if examining upper limbs, bra if examining female back/neck etc).
Running footwear, if problem relates to running activities.
Referral letter from GP or other referring professional.
All reports, x-rays, letters etc relating to your injury.
Note: A referral is not essential.
